Stay Consistent Charley...

I promised myself that I would stay consistent with this blog.

To not allow myself to get bored or to slip away from writing about my journey. I feel like this is a perfect way for me to stay connected with what I am doing and why I'm even doing this. Why am I doing this? Me starting this business at first was because I was looking for an easy way to make money. I was Door Dashing which I swore by and in many cases for whom journey men work fits, Door Dash fits. While doing it though, I started to consider other things that could be delivered or dropped off or picked up that wasn't food. I started to think about all those busy moms who could use a little help picking up school supplies or party supplies for a kid's party, or the businessman who needs his mail picked up from the post office or dry cleaning put away because it's piling up. Or what about the appliances that need to be dropped off but needs a signature? I could be available! Heck sometimes I could use that kind of help myself. This inspired many more questions and starting to see the solutions to these problems and that I could help, Daily Duties Delivery LLC was born. I can say that I do believe the perks and benefits of working under your own business and all that but really, I just want to help people feel accomplished. Help people not feel overwhelmed with their life and getting things checked off that to-do list absolutely helps. The less that we worry about a task being done the more we can focus on the present moments of life. Time is the most precious thing on this planet so having the luxury of it makes anyone rich. Finding ways to save your mind from being overwhelmed with task is helpful. Here's my 3 ways to help myself save time:

  1. Focus on whatever task I'm working on and concentrate on completing it before I move on to something else. This is a great time saver in my life.

  2. Putting things back right after I use them. This saves me from having to do it later when I'm tired.

  3. Using my waiting time to accomplish tasks instead of browsing social media. Most bills can be paid right from your phone and blogs can be written on the phone too. (Shots at myself lol)

These things keep me motivated. These things that I do for me, I take with me and share with others. Everyone has their why. I just have to keep my why in plain sight. That really helps me stay consistent. I'm still working on it.
